BLS
BLS is a major transportation company providing black car limo service to the stars. For example, they service the Oscars, the Grammys, etc. They are active all year long, there is no down time.
Their call centers in disparate locations (Long island, NYC, Vegas, and Los Angeles) needed to be tied in together. BLS also needed redundancy to eliminate possible downtime, as well as the ability to work from home or from other locations via mobile. Furthermore, they required route diversity, the ability to handle overflow between sites, as well as supervisor vision into all locations and communications to all limos on the fly with complete mobility. NacTelligence Cloud Services was hired to handle these myriad requests and by specing properly before deployment we were able to meet every client need.
GymGuyz
GymGuyz is a very fast-growing franchise whereby independent personal trainers are dispatched to client locations in equipped GymGuyz vans. Management required route callers by zip code to the correct personal trainer who handled specific franchise regions. Conversely the needed to be able to communicate to the entire field staff of trainers with general information, documents, and group chat to share information. Furthermore, they needed detailed reports for billing and client management. This was a pretty conventional mobility play, however, it had to be failsafe and the reporting needed to be 100% accurate. GymGuyz depended on NacTelligence to deliver on all of these requirements.
Kravets Fabric
One of the largest fabric companies in the world with multiple call centers in the USA and Canada realized that their business would be much more streamlined by moving all technology to the cloud. Because of the sheer volume of both SKUs and customers it was critical that redundancy be failsafe. Furthermore, because the business was so unpredictable in terms of peak usage the system had to have dynamic overflow and interflow routing. The client also was very vested in customer service and wanted their client CRM completely integrated and varied communications vehicles be available. SO Omni features for clients included the ability to be able to contact the call center via voice, chat, social media, web site chat, etc. Understanding the power of AI, they wanted a gateway for expansion to an AI platform. After vetting several potential consultants, Kravets chose NacTelligence due to our agnostic philosophy and commitment to customer satisfaction. When they saw how we detailed these complex requirements in the due diligence process and would not be satisfied with incomplete answers, their confidence level exploded, and it was no contest.

NacTelligence designed and deployed AWS using Amazon Artificial Intelligence to allow plain English dialog “Bots” to handle all aspects of reserving cars, checking arrival times, rescheduling and rerouting. The result was that live agent FTEs was reduced by 33% and saving a million dollars in operation costs over 60 months.

Tiegerman
Tiegerman serves Pre-K-12 students with developmental disabilities. Based in Glen Cove, NY, with a high school in Richmond Hill Queens, a middle school in Glen Cove, a K-12 school in Woodside, and adult DayHab and residence programs in Westbury, Richmond Hill and Farmingdale (Tiegerman Community Services) the organization needed tremendous communications integration. First, we had to retire the old premise system that the entire entity depended on, then we had to tie together all locations, and allow for direct interaction between parent teacher communications through personal voice box, and televideo conferencing. On top of these capabilities, NacTelligence enabled the capability for a distance learning platform.
